Tools can be used to set the scene for individual coaching and team development work where the aim is to enhance self- awareness or emotional intelligence, understand personality traits and type or thinking preferences. This in turn, can provide a lens and a common language/framework for understanding team conflict and how to get the best out of leader/team member work relationships.
