Leanne is a registered psychologist holding practice endorsement with AHPRA in organisational psychology.

As a consultant, presenter, facilitator, coach and mediator, Leanne has facilitated breakthroughs in interpersonal behaviours, culture and relationships for some of Australia’s largest and most prestigious companies.  Leanne has worked on five continents - with AXA in France, Standard and Poors in India, Thomson Reuters in the U.S., for Nike, Mercedes Benz, all over Australia and New Zealand, Singapore and Canada.

Leanne has had thirty years’ experience working with the most complex and precarious group dynamics. She loves nothing more than taking a client brief, walking into a team, system, division or company with a blank sheet of paper; intent on interviewing, questioning, probing and interpreting to determine what is working well and what isn’t. Her ability to conceptualise, understand context and strategic imperatives, build rapport and trust quickly and synthesise her discoveries allows clients to understand needs and interests, move forward to capitalise on potential or shift behaviour, culture and attitudes with new-found clarity and confidence. Her methodologies are evidence-based, pragmatic, always high on integrity and sustainable solutions that are good for the business and its people.

She has facilitated key strategic planning initiatives, corporate conferences and major change initiatives for both private and public sector clients with vast experience in government and higher education.  She is versatile enough to work in power stations, professional services firms and retail sporting organisations; that is, from the boardroom to the boiler room.
