Leanne is accredited in four well-known reliable and valid instruments. She will choose between various tools based on their psychometric properties; always ensuring they are fit-for-purpose and aligned with the intended outcomes of any intervention.

Tools can be used to set the scene for individual coaching and team development work where the aim is to enhance self- awareness or emotional intelligence, understand personality traits and type or thinking preferences. This in turn, can provide a lens and a common language/framework for understanding team conflict and how to get the best out of leader/team member work relationships.
