Leanne has vast experience in the Equal Employment Opportunity/Employee Relations arena. In a sliding doors moment in 1993, returning from maternity leave to her role with a major bank, she found herself walked back into a firestorm. The grievance a young female Money Markets Manager would lodge in the Federal Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission would become the biggest and most high-profile case of gender discrimination in this country until Kristy Fraser-Kirk alleged sexual harassment against the CEO of David Jones in 2010.  The bank recognised it needed to change its culture. Executive asked Leanne to project-manage the design and development of a comprehensive education program and therein Leanne discovered a passion for what she calls “workplace justice”.  

All these years on, Leanne’s work straddles the dysfunctional and toxic at one end of the continuum to the high performing and elite at the other and everything in between. 

Leanne consults, facilitates, provides case management advice, mediates and investigates discrimination, harassment and workplace bullying-related grievances.
