I&#8217;ve done so on radio in the&nbsp;last&nbsp;week and in my latest <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/pulse\/room-field-bad-behaviour-leanne-faraday-brash-csp\/\">LinkedIn post<\/a>. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: &quot;tahoma&quot;; font-size: 10.0pt;\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background: white;\">However, more fascinating to me now is the clear depiction by&nbsp;David Warner and Steve Smith navigating&nbsp;the&nbsp;<\/span><i>four Stages of Transition in change and grief&nbsp;s<\/i><span style=\"background: white;\">o publicly over the past three weeks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background: white;\">We saw the shock, numbness, even surreal detachment&nbsp;of Warner in&nbsp;<b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Denial<\/b>&nbsp;before the full weight of what he&#8217;d done descended on him.<\/p>\n<p>We saw the resolute&nbsp;<b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Resistance<\/b>&nbsp;to being drawn in discussion on what happened and the delayed somewhat hollow and repetitive apology for &#8220;his part&#8221;&nbsp;in the saga.<\/p>\n<p>Then we heard the hints about an appeal as he considered his options. His age was relevant. He is 31. Would he be able to play county cricket in England?
